Halloween is almost here! I have some lights up and
a few decorations. The pumpkin is ready to be carved
into a cute Jack-O-Lantern.

Other Uses For Cookie Cutters

Cookie Cutters have so many uses other than cutting out cookies.
Here are a few ideas:

*Use shaper style cookie cutters as stencils. You can make great
fall leafs for your scrap booking, greeting cards and for decorating.

*Use smaller metal shapes to make fancy pats of butter for your holiday table. Roll your stick of butter flat and cut out. Put on a pretty plate.

*Make salt dough for the kids and let them make great ornaments to tie on gift packages.

Fall is here! I am so grateful, living in Arizona and enduring the 100+ temperatures for 5 months gives you a great appreciation for the cooler weather.
Time to think about getting started on your baking projects.
Sugar cookies for Halloween...what could be better?
I buy a pre-mixed tube of sugar cookie dough from the refrigerated section at my grocery store,
roll it out, cut out cookies, bake and decorate. EASY!!!
