Vintage Biscuit Cutters with Wooden Handles

Cookies for Santa:

1/3 Cup Sugar

1/3 Cup Shortening

1 Egg

2/3 Cup Honey

1 Tsp lemon extract

2 3/4 Cups All Purpose Flour

1 Tsp baking Soda

1/2 Tsp Salt

Pre heat Oven to 375 degrees

Mix Sugar, shortening, egg, honey and lemon extract.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Roll dough 1/4 inch thick.

Use cookie cutters to cut desired shapes.

Bake about 7 - 8 minutes.

Cool and decorate.
